It’s a game-changer.We’re expanding and evolving, and this is where you come in! We’ve created a new role for a Merchandise Administrator to provide data and financial administration support as we grow and evolve.

The roleBased at our growing warehouse in East Tamaki this is a newly created role which will see you supporting our Merchandise, Content and Operations teams with product administration, category management and system maintenance.

Your core responsibilities will be to maintain supplier trading data, cost / master file management, processing of invoices, and respond to supplier and customer enquiries.

We’re looking for someone who has strong administration and computer skills, oodles of initiative, provides exceptional customer service and can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We’re a small, fun and innovative team and looking for someone who is customer savvy, motivated and keen to succeed. No two days will be the same!What you’ll need to succeed Previous Category or Database Administration experience Pro-

active with sound problem solving skills. Good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong numerical analysis and data accuracy Experience in the trade or retail industry and knowledge of hardware or tools would be beneficial.
