Our values of Respect, Support and Excellence embody everything that we do.What you'll be doingReporting to the General Manager - Mental Health and Wellbeing, you will sit on the leadership team within this division, and be responsible for the delivery of community-based mental health services across New Zealand.
This is a newly created role that will have the opportunity to grow and develop our service delivery model as well as establish a clear clinical model within our mental health services.
You will be responsible for the following : Leading a team of Service Managers, you will deliver integrated, client-centred, clinically-led services to our external and internal customersEnsuring the successful implementation of an evidenced based and culturally informed model of wellbeing and rehabilitation to all our services across New ZealandWorking closely with the Strategy and Partnerships team to implement new business strategiesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with local and regional funders and other stakeholdersCreating and implementing effective workforce development plans in tandem with our specialist services teamsOwn the profit and loss performance of our community mental health services and manage the budgets.
