This is a permanent, full-time role based in Wellington.

Our role

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will use both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects on schedule and to requirements.

Collaborating with subject matter experts to proactively identify, manage and resolve any issues and risks that may impact successful completion of projects is a core part of this exciting role.

You will also have the opportunity to regularly report to and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.

Our ideal candidate

This role is ideal for someone with strong Agile background, extensive expertise in project management and proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

In-depth experience and knowledge of the insurance and / or banking industry, as well as the demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems proactively and creatively, re-prioritize quickly and effectively, build relationships and enlist support across functional groups are critical for success in this role.
