With a strong pipeline of work lined up in the lower North Island, HEB Construction are looking for a leading Quantity Surveyor to join our National Projects team.

The role :

In this role you'll be working in collaboration with Project Senior Management, Commercial teams, and operational teams to provide accurate and timely commercial support and cost management.

Our ideal candidate will have :

Demonstrable experience in the commercial management of major civil infrastructure

Strong experience in interacting with sub-contractors, key suppliers, and other parties and managing commercial arrangements & claims.

The ability to produce reports on commercial indicators and budgets, and present these to project management

Experience working across multiple contract models, D&C, Joint Ventures, Alliances

Developing leadership skills, with the ability to support the Commercial Manager with leading and guiding the wider commercial team
