Our Auckland Airport branch is looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist, who thrives on providing amazing service and having a laugh.

We pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service (both in store and online), and strive to 'go the extra mile' for customers.

As a key point of contact for customers, you will be an integral part of the team at RV Super Centre.

In this new role you will focus on all of our "non-customer facing" service channels, including phone, email, and our website chat.

You will also help our "in-store" customers from time to time.

While it would be ideal if you have worked within this industry, our team come from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Some of your key qualities will include :

Superb communication skills, both verbal and written

Can easily build rapport with customers

Great sense of humour, and not afraid to laugh out loud

Strong team player with oodles of positive energy

Did we mention a sense of humour?

Call Centre experience (Desirable but not required)

Excellent PC Skills (knowledge of retail systems is an advantage)

Good numeracy and cash handling skills

Able to work weekends

Dazzling attention to detail

Your key responsibilities will include :

Outstanding Customer Service - via email, website chat, phone and in store

Become an expert on RV Super Centre's products & services

Referring customers to more specialised support as required.

Facilitating Customer orders / bookings
