The Manukau Parts Department requires an additional Parts Inventory Analyst to join their Parts Team. The position reports to the National Parts Manager.

The role involves :

  • Perform inventory analysis and management to avoid low stock and overstock
  • Develop inventory plan to ensure smooth product flow
  • Communicate complex inventory problems to the Manager promptly
  • Review inventory activities and recommend improvements
  • Maintain appropriate stock level according to seasonal promotions and ads
  • Generate and maintain monthly reports on inventory levels
  • Manage inventory adjustments and transfers and rolling stock takes
  • Skills and Attributes :

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Drivers Licence
  • The successful applicant will need to be reliable, self-motivated with a good sense of humour and like working within a team environment.

    A pleasant phone manner is required along with good computer skills. Mechanical knowledge or industry background will be an advantage.
