The Deputy Director Operations is responsible for front line delivery with a focus on strengthening our responsive risk-based operating model, raising regulatory practice and performance, and ensuring the Anti Money Laundering & Countering Financing of Terrorism Group (AML Group) meets its regulatory obligations on the ground.
The Deputy Director contributes as an effective and visible member of the AML Group leadership team and supports the Director to achieve success in their system leadership role.
As Deputy Director Operations you will lead a team of operational managers and regulatory practitioners located in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
This role is suited to a regulatory practice expert with proven operational performance who knows how to lead, inspire and enable high performing regulatory teams.
