You may know us for our flagship COLORSTEEL® brand.About the roleWe are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter Welder to join the Rolling Mills Maintenance team for a fixed term of 6 months based at New Zealand Steel in Glenbrook.
Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Engineer, the primary accountability of this position is the repair and maintenance of operational plant and equipment throughout the Rolling Mills.
Hours of WorkThis is a fixed term day position; however, applicants should be aware that some overtime, shift cover and call out work may be necessary.

Welding certification would be an advantage.You will need to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork along with a willingness to positively contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment and an uncompromising attitude towards health and safety.
