Greenlane, Auckland$50,000 - $60,000 a yearAn excellent opportunity has arisen in our Specialist ENT Practice for someone who is exceptionally motivated, committed to providing excellent customer service and is not afraid of a busy front line role.
We are a small yet very busy team where you will be based in our Greenlane clinic but will also work at our Silverdale Clinic on a rostered basis.
The work hours are 8-4.30pm with the odd evening or Saturday clinic.In this role you will be meeting and greeting patients, invoicing and receipting, answering calls, appointment making, liaising with insurance / ACC Claims, checking patient referrals, answering patient enquires, supporting Consultants with admin and some procedures and equipment / utensil cleaning.
If this role is for you then you must have exceptional people skills, high attention for detail, understand patient confidentiality and be passionate about quality patient care.
You need to have minimum of 2 years receptionist experience (medical reception / administration experience an advantage).
Be computer savvy, particularly using Microsoft office (experience with Incisive medical software an advantage).Must be organised, be proactive and can come with solutions and ideas for better ways of working and flexibility to assist on a variety of tasks.
