We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our talented team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for grocery retail accounts within a defined area of West Auckland.
With a team of merchandisers reporting to you, together you will achieve profitable sales growth through building brand awareness, executing category development plans and ultimately forging effective business partnerships with Grocery Managers and Buyers.
You will need to be tertiary qualified and ideally an experienced grocery TM, looking for a role that will take you places.
You are driven to achieve results and are recognised as a great team member. Not afraid of rolling your sleeves up, you are just as comfortable doing early morning relays, as you are in high level negotiations about promotional activity.
Your clients love you and feel like you really understand and add value to their business. Equally, you are looking for an employer with the brands and support, to enable you to do your job really well.
While you possess good sales ability, you are just as familiar with your territory P&L and know how to drive profit, as well as volume.
You can display strong leadership ability and enjoy developing your merchandising team.
