    Based in our Central region, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor role focused on our people.

    We are looking for someone that is able to build strong relationships and work in partnerships with the wider Kāinga Ora team and our people to ensure the deliver on the principles of human organisational performance are incorporated into the way we carry out our work.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Deliver on the Leadership Attributes for this role to collaborate to support a high performing team that provides guidance and advice on health, safety and wellbeing
  • Ensure health and wellbeing outcomes for our people are supported
  • Participate in regional meetings for Tenancy and Construction, Maintenance
  • Provide technical training on Health & Safety and deliver presentations to our people
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues and the wider Kāinga Ora communities
