Responsibilities : Support account / technical issues for the residential and business customersWalk with customers through the process of the servicesTroubleshoot account / technical issues with other department / teamDiagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the technical issuesPresent, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsFollowing standard procedures for troubleshooting or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teamsGeneral office worksRequired Skills : Relevant IT qualificationHands on experience in computer, operating systems and network installation and maintenanceAble to diagnose and repair both network and computer faults quicklyExcellent customer service and problem solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work in a variety of customer situationsStrong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in EnglishKorean speaker would be advantageous.
Strong call control / call management and follow-through skillsResourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, active and positive can-do attitudeNZ citizen or permanent residents will have higher priority.
