Hi! I’m Jessica Douglas, the Senior Manager - Operations at Heartland Reverse Mortgages, we're looking for a fantastic Administration Assistant to join our awesome team based in Melbourne, Australia.

You’ll help our customers, and contribute to Heartland’s growth, by completing pre and post settlement loan administration activity.

Does this sound like you?

You’re a strong communicator who’s passionate about helping customers. A star with time management and organisation, you've super strong attention to detail.

You’ll likely have some financial services administration experience, or if not, you’ll have office and / or customer service experience from a fast paced environment.

With a can do’ attitude, you’re a true team player, you love supporting your team mates, and work at pace.

You’ll have :

  • 1+ year in an administration role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Understanding of the financial services industry desirable
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
