    We are seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join our Auckland studio.

    You will be an all-rounder registered Architect who is a confident communicator and can lead and contribute to the design and delivery of residential projects.

    A successful applicant will have :

  • Min 5 7 years’ experience. (4 + local experience preferred)
  • Expert code and compliance knowledge
  • A keen eye for design and detail
  • Proven ability to lead and prepare Resource Consent Application packages
  • Proven ability to lead and prepare Building Consent Application packages
  • Proven ability to undertake Urban Design and Masterplanning tasks
  • A consultative approach with the ability to manage a team and inspire design excellence across all projects

  • Work in an award-winning Studio

  • Work across masterplanning, multi-residential and hotel projects.
  • Career progression for the right candidate

  • Min 5-7 years’ experience (4+ years local experience)
  • ArchiCAD preferred
  • MSOffice
  • Solid knowledge of Local Planning and Building Codes
  • A keen eye for detail and practicality
  • Quality hand sketching and detailing
  • Sound organisation, time management and co-ordination
  • Excellent communication skills who can contribute to the studio culture

    Commensurate with experience and ability
