ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join our Auckland studio.
You will be an all-rounder registered Architect who is a confident communicator and can lead and contribute to the design and delivery of residential projects.
A successful applicant will have :
Min 5 7 years’ experience. (4 + local experience preferred)
Expert code and compliance knowledge
A keen eye for design and detail
Proven ability to lead and prepare Resource Consent Application packages
Proven ability to lead and prepare Building Consent Application packages
Proven ability to undertake Urban Design and Masterplanning tasks
A consultative approach with the ability to manage a team and inspire design excellence across all projects

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Min 5-7 years’ experience (4+ years local experience)
Solid knowledge of Local Planning and Building Codes
A keen eye for detail and practicality
Quality hand sketching and detailing
Sound organisation, time management and co-ordination
Excellent communication skills who can contribute to the studio culture
Commensurate with experience and ability
