The role :

Our Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences every day, using their superior communication skills and their methodical and organised work habits.

Liaising with customers to prepare and deliver quotes, opening, updating and closing service calls and liaison with our Service Supervisor and Technicians forms the major part of this role.

You will be using multiple systems and apps so your technology skills will need to be top notch. You will be one in a team of three Service Advisors in the branch so superior team work is critical to success.
