The roleReporting to the Transformation Lead, this exciting opportunity will be working with people from across the business implementing the next stage of Westpac’s transformation journey as we embed agile principles and practices as part of the new Westpac Way of Working.
This role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity as we are largely forging our own path on this journey and therefore we are testing and learning as we go! This role sits within the Finance team however you will be exposed to all aspects of the change and there will likely be opportunities to get involved in a variety of work spanning the entire organisation.
In this role, you will be involved in the following : Implementing (as well as testing, learning, redesigning and building) the new governance process for the organisation that is responsive to change, boosts responsibility and accountability while providing a direct link from strategy to work.
Coordinating development within the EDGE system to ensure it can support the new governance process and ways of workingTaking an enterprise view of tribe and squad objectives and key results to ensure we are delivering on our organisational prioritiesCoordinating the quarterly business review process for the organisationWhat you need to succeedInterested candidates will enjoy working in a team, possess fantastic time management skills and be awesome at organising people and stuff.
You will be driven to deliver and enthusiastic about getting the best possible results for the organisation; you will show determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this.
