About the roleThe role and responsibilities will include : Grow new and existing client base in residential housing marketEngaging the right stakeholders to uncover existing or potential needs for opportunitiesBe responsible for driving sales, client satisfaction and nurturing referralsRelationship building, networking and creating lasting rapportMaintaining a solid opportunity pipelineSourcing and pursuing new business opportunitiesProblem solving, assist with client for technical enquiryWe are looking for an individual who : Has proven experience (2 years+) in delivering sales targets in the building industry .
Is fluent in Mandarin (for communication with clients and developers)Is an effective communicator - excellent written and verbal skills in EnglishHas excellent customer management skillsHas demonstrated strong planning and solution selling skills utilising your knowledge to problem solve, negotiate and influence people on all levels with strong commercial acumenHas a hunter mentalityA clean restricted or full drivers licence is also required to travel to job locations.
A car will be provided by the employer.All applicants must have the ability to work in New Zealand full time.Benefits and perksPay is a base rate plus commissionA fuel card and company car are provided.
