    Our Managing Consultants take the Qrious story to our customers and manage successful project delivery. We're looking for someone with a proven track record who has the ability to identify and solve customer challenges and build a team around them to deliver.

    The role will require the ability to engage at all levels of an organisation, along with the ability to build relationships across IT and other business units.

    While you may have excellent technical skills, your relationship skills, passion for helping customers and tenacious problem solving capability is what will make you successful in this role.

    Your commercial acumen will be outstanding, as will your commitment to delivering sales results for Qrious.

    Your ability to build and manage a driven customer focused consulting team ensures that both customers and staff are always delighted with well managed and successful project outcomes.

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers and prospects at a strategic level to promote portfolio capability, win work and build customer relationships and the Qrious customer base.
  • Identify and attract talented data professionals to join the portfolio
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure opportunities are converted to project work
  • Produce and / or contribute to Statements of Work or engagement proposals
  • Manage Project delivery and resourcing
  • Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven Consulting experience (10 years +) with a wide range of projects in data and a high level of commercial awareness
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in Data Platform, ETL and Data Modelling (Star Schema, 3NF, Data Vault) design and implementation both on premises and cloud.
  • Proven experience building and managing a high performing technical team
  • Experience with enterprise sales processes in a customer facing role, including development of business cases, estimates and RFPs.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with a real commitment to helping customers be successful
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • A keen interest in Leadership, mentoring and people development
