National B2B Key Account Manager NZ At Nespresso we believe that our people are the key to our success Born out of passion continuous innovation and a singular focus on delivering the ultimate quality coffee experience to consumers our brand has continued to thrive thanks to a strong culture that holds these principles central to everything that we do Nespresso we have an exceptional National opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our highperformance B2B Commercial team in Auckland Working with both highend Office and HORECA Key Accounts prospects and customers you will ensure high visibility and best in class service before and after to maintain category leader positioning Reporting to the B2B Commercial Manager you will essentially ensure customer acquisition retention and productivity within the Corporate Office space premium Hotels Restaurants and Caf bars This is an NZ National Key Account role so travel will be required on an occasional basis Your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to Ensuring high visibility via customer acquisition and machine placements Maintaining and nurturing new and existing relationships as well as leveraging current market knowledge to accelerate Nespresso presence in highend HORECA and Office channels Managing coffee consumption on operating contracts and optimizing customer profitability Execute strategy to achieve business targets and objectives defined Implement and ensure compliance with corporate and regional channel guidelines and policies A minimum of 4 years demonstrated commercial and key account management experience in a B2B environment is required accompanied by your advanced selling strong negotiation and influential skills This role will allow you to work with a high degree of autonomy on your day to day schedule where your planning and organisational abilities will be the key to your success Advanced rapport building skills and perseverance to move the sale from every touchpoint will allow you to professionally develop your network and drive results Interested Apply now online attaching your CV and covering letter Candidates must have full working rights in Australia Good Food Good Life
