Overview
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations team in Discovery.
In this role you will be working on our newly developed salesforce (sales cloud) platform connecting Discovery brands across markets in APAC and EMEA and providing the necessary tools to ensure complete adaption.
You will be working across multiple teams who will look to you for platform training, data & reporting support, best practice and data governance in the platform.
Responsibilities
Build customized workflows and solutions in salesforce and associated systems that support business requirements and processes, including dashboard reports and analytics
Drive system design and configuration with scalable solutions, addressing potential future needs
Play a pivotal role in being the centralized rollout of some key system projects such as OMS integrations
Manage 3rd party integrations
Work with stakeholders to develop and implement salesforce related process changes
Manage end-to-end new feature release process from requirement definition, validation & technical implementation
Active participation in architecture and design discussions to promote and instill administration best practices across the organization
Qualifications
Certified Salesforce Admin
Have a strong salesforce product and architecture knowledge with at least 3 years’ experience as a salesforce admin
Ability to design, code, test, debug and maintain salesforce.com features
Excellent communication, documents & organizational skills
Self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision, proactively reporting on status and issues
Detail oriented individual with the ability to learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technology
You will have an advantage if you :
Have a background working in sales media
Experience working with OMS
