In this role, you will partner with the business to implement the safety management system and deliver on key outcomes. You will play an important part in assisting with reporting and metrics to inform good decision making for the wellbeing of our people.

We are looking for someone with recent experience enabling Health and Safety in a workplace setting, preferably in a complex organisation along with base level knowledge of the H&S systems.
Our ideal person will be highly organised, empathetic and proactive more so than reactive, so you are able to plug any gaps.
What will really set you apart will be your strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Most importantly, we're looking for a someone with a real belief that the health, safety and wellbeing of all our workers matters..!
