Your Property Matters is a leading Body Corporate Management firm with a varied property portfolio (predominantly residential) and offers a comprehensive range of services including contract management services to unit-titled buildings along with commercial and body corporate services.
As the Facilities Coordinator you will work in tandem with one of the Body Corporate Managers and be responsible for the delivery of the facilities management element of YPM’s client contracts for a defined portfolio of buildings / units.
You will report to the Managing Director and be part of a collaborative team of 14.
Key Responsibilities will include :
Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergency calls is essential!
This is a varied role that requires exceptional coordination skills and previous experience in the property / facilities space will be advantageous.
Great communication skills and MS Office proficiency is required.
