We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join the team and help drive high-impact strategic projects across the commercial and supply chain teams.

You will be a trusted business partner to leaders and employees alike, providing commercially considered guidance and advice for large-scale change management initiatives through to individual matters

You will :

  • Establish improved tools and practices for all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Lead the delivery & execution of MyPGT (Perform, Grow, Thrive program) activities to enable leaders to lead, and enable all employees to achieve their best.
  • Support myPGT annual cycle of performance management and development, wellbeing programs, through to annual remuneration review.

  • Develop talent acquisition strategy to support the growing 180 business,
  • Play an active role on the NZ leadership team, partnering to drive the people and culture agenda.
  • Partner front line leaders on all operational aspects of P&C and build their capability in all aspects of people leadership.
  • Prepare and implement plan to integrate new 180 Degrees factory into Arnott’s ways of working and processes.
  • Collaborate across the broader ANZ P&C team on opportunities, initiatives, and learning.
  • The ingredients to be successful :

  • Undergraduate degree in HR matters preferrable.
  • Business partner experience in advising and coaching leaders on matters such as performance management, learning, organisational design, Employee Relations topics etc.
  • Ability to think commercially and apply a reasonable and considered approach to delivery of key outcomes.
  • Analytical, results oriented, agile.
  • Influence and resilience.
  • Collaborative.
  • Previous experience in a blue collar (food, FMCG or similar environment preferrable)
