Auckland City, AucklandContractThe People and Capability team at St John have a wonderful opportunity for a fixed term contract position covering maternity leave.

This role is for 12 months.This role supports and is the glue of the Business Partnering and Reward team of 16 so it is go go go! You will be providing efficient, effective administrative and coordination support and service across all facets of their work.

This team is one of multiple teams within the People and Capability team including Talent Sourcing, Health Safety and Wellbeing, Capability, Payroll, HR Systems and Data and HR Admin support.

We are a team spread across the country and have a fabulous culture and working environment.We are looking for someone who is highly efficient, organised, collaborative with a can do attitude, and can work under pressure at times.

The ability to juggle multiple tasks is key. If you thrive in a busy support role, then this is a great opportunity. You might be someone who is an experienced HR practitioner looking for a support role of an HR Coordinator superstar! This is a senior support role level.

liaising with internal and external stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining a positive and productive working cultureInvoice Processing and general administrationManaging and maintenance of multiple inboxes for the teamThe involvement in projects and change projectsFirst point of contact for our Business Partnering team - all HR related queries.

Schedule and organising of meetings, team days (catering / venue / managing all the arrangements)Maintain agendas for the team meetingsDocument management and maintenance for whole teamCoordinating all the internal and external meetings with wider business or external partiesMS Office suite - Visio experience advantageous.
