What you’ll be doingThe role involves leading and mentoring a talented team of workers, along with developing and growing the business with our clients and projects team.
The role would offer the successful candidate opportunities in managing and delivering on jobs (or aspects of contracts) across our contracting business, including three waters, structures, pavements, landscaping works etc.
What we need from youYou will be either a Project Engineer with strong leadership ability, or a Site Engineer looking for your next challenge on a project, both within the Roading & / or Civil Construction space.
The following skills and attributes are also required : Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the industry for Project EngineersMinimum 1 year working in the industry for Site EngineersDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalentPassionate about Health and Safety and basic knowledge of Risk ManagementAbility to deliver to a high level and meet clients expectationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Microsoft ProjectDedicated to mentoring and developing a talented teamFulton Hogan PhilosophyWe build and maintain critical infrastructure that connects and enhances communities across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.
