WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Being present and visible in the lobby, to be easily identifiable by guests as the person to whom they should go to.
Handles guests' requests for information and provides answers; puts them in contact with the appropriate people.
Liaising with all hotel departments, to ensure all necessary follow up is conducted
You will assist with the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property, park and retrieve guest cars as requested.
Assist with daily calls to in-house guests
This is a fixed term role expiring on 31st December 2020.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE :
Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and night shifts.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Attention to detail.
This role is a flexible role, You will need to be willing to learn and open to everyday being different.
strong attention to detail and high standard of personal presentation.
Previous experience within Front Office or within a Hotel setting preferred.
Physically fit and able to list at least 30kg.
Candidates must have the right to work in New Zealand & either have their Full New Zealand Drivers licence or working to obtain it.
