About the role

We have an opportunity for an experienced, senior sales professional tojoin our successful team based in Mt. Wellington.

In this role, you will beresponsible for managing and growing our existing national businessrelationships in order to achieve budgeted sales goals in line with WasteManagement’s overall objectives by developing and implementing sound retentionstrategies, utilising strong negotiation efforts to preserve business, renewingexisting business and contracts, and securing new accounts as agreed with theNational Sales Manager.

What you will achieve?

  • A trusted Partner relationship within your national customer portfolio
  • Maximising revenue, share of wallet and profitability from your allocated customer portfolio
  • Achieve new national customer targets as agreed with the National Sales Manager
  • Sourcing pipeline opportunities in line with agreed markets allocated
  • Preparing and submitting regular reports, sharing customer and market insights and deliver accurate, timely completion of Sales Force CRM
  • Ensuring contract security of your customer portfolio
  • Confident and professional interpersonal skills will come naturally toyou to deal with our internal and external customers at a corporate level.

    Youwill demonstrate excellent communication skills, demonstrated collaborativeapproach and strong commercial acumen with a natural flair for leveraging keycontacts across complex service offerings.

    We are looking for an experienced,senior sales professional who is able to build and leverage effectivepartnerships to get the job done.

    Your ability to seek outadditional opportunities in a highly competitive market whilst in negotiationsis critical to your success.
