About the role :
This role is responsible for supporting the transformation and day-to-day execution of functional business processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements aligned with Kraft Heinz Australia and New Zealand business stakeholders.
The role will work in partnership with third party Business Process Outsourcing partners to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and business results.
The Senior Manager, Order to Cash, ANZ will serve as a key member of the Australia and New Zealand Global Business Services (GBS) management team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation and Business Value.
Oversee the transactional execution of business processes including the people, process and technology across the Australia and New Zealand Domestic and Export areas
Collaborate with ANJ leadership to understand and review policy changes
Lead the improvement of business processes within the global process playbook with minimal deviations for local legal, fiscal or system limitation requirements
Ensure process documentation is updated frequently to reflect current standard operating procedures in compliance with Kraft Heinz policies and controls
Collaborate with the Global Process Owners to define the global process design, service delivery model and process roadmap for the processes under management and influence decisions where required
Continually review performance metrics, identify issues, and ensure that processes meet / exceed customer quality requirements.
Work with business SME’s, other GBS Champions and Global Process Owners to address ongoing performance issues.
Support the GBS ANZ Lead in steering the GBS strategy and delivering business value
Accountable for identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities that transform and streamline the end-to-end process and drive efficiencies and / or higher performance levels
Act as the Champion for major investments and improvement initiatives in the process
About you :
Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is preferred
Post graduate certification in GBS is preferred
Full function Order management & Export processing
Minimum of 5 years of progressing work experience in leadership roles
Experience leading Continuous improvement initiatives
Experience managing BPO or offshore teams
