You will need :
2+ years Retail Management experience in a large format store
Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse range of staff
A mature approach to work and performance
Forward thinking, dynamic attitude able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results
Friendly, approachable personality
Interested in our brands wouldn't go a miss either!
Because this gig requires :
Leading a team of 15+ retail staff (up to 25 during peak times)
Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
Collaborating with our Regional Managers, Merchandisers and Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover
Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday, which may include a late night approx. 43 hours per week.
