Employment, Recruitment and Placement Specialist
Visionwest Community Trust is a not-for-profit organisation with faith-based roots, that provides a range of services to communities in Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Christchurch.
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join the Human Resources Team based in Auckland. Our ideal team member is someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, who can work well with teams remotely, has a strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
This role will support the Home Healthcare service recruiting for our Support Worker workforce in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty area.
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will need to have the appropriate experience and the drive to succeed when challenges arise.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment
Conducting telephone, face-to-face & virtual interviews
Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and staff
Ensuring recruitment requests are actioned in a timely manner
Ensuring documentation is completed correctly and provide administration support
Other skills and attributes we are looking for are :
Previous recruitment and generalist HR experience preferred
Competent in administration and Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills - spoken, written and a great phone manner
Sound understanding of employment related legislation an advantage
The ability to efficiently coordinate high volume recruitment
Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
A warm, welcoming and professional manner with the ability to engage easily with a wide range of people
A full, clean driver licence as there will be some travel required between offices
