    We're the best at what we do and now have an exciting opportunity for a HR / Payroll Administrator to join our Auckland-based team

    Reporting to the GM People, you'll be providing effective administration and co-ordination services, including payroll assistance to the business.

    Key criteria for our winning candidate :

  • Extensive knowledge in payroll related processes and specifically payroll systems such as Payglobal (compulsory)
  • Knowledge of wages law, payroll processing and accounts payable
  • Ability to deal with complexity and multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High customer service orientation and strong administrative skills
  • Key responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Manage weekly and monthly pay runs across the business
  • Provide assistance to managers and employees with leave, pay and employment queries
  • Maintain and administer Payglobal system
  • Report generation include Annual Leave Liability, Sick Leave, FTE and other reports as requested
  • Southern Cross invoices processing
