Who are you?

We're seeking a challenge driven and dynamic influencer with a proven track record of high-quality delivery to join our team as Senior Regulatory Project Manager.

This role is 9-12 months fixed term, responsible for the execution of critical projects with the appropriate controls and regulatory change to ensure we are providing the right things, at the right time, and in the right way.

The role calls for a pragmatic and confident communicator with the ability to challenge and coordinate across teams and key technical specialists, as well as manage stakeholders at all levels.

This is an opportunity to embed yourself in a fast-paced environment and showcase your project management expertise. Your passion for problem-solving, collaborative approach and ability to quickly establish strong constructive relationships will be instrumental to your success in this role.

In line with this, you’ll also need :

  • Sound understanding of the legal and regulatory environment with experience as a programme / project manager in the Financial, Regulatory and Technology sector
  • Experience in delivery of CCCFA regulatory projects is preferred
  • A focus on compliance and technology solutions with a balanced customer and commercial lens.
  • Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities across various business domains.
  • Strong strategic decision-making skills with a background in business analysis and change management.
  • High EQ - you are motivated, self-aware, and empathetic, with great interpersonal skills and a sense of humour to gel with our small effective team.
