  • Platinum Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a valued Dunedin company to recruit for an Office Administrator / Coordinator.

    This role could be full or part time depending on the successful candidates preference.

    You will be dealing with all members across the company so good communication skills, professional demeanour and a friendly and open manner is a necessity.

    Essential Duties :

  • Work with management and staff across the company in a support function.
  • Supporting all staff
  • Organise travel requirements, meeting spaces and Provide event management support.
  • Running the day to day incoming and outgoing communications of the office.
  • Dealing with both internal and external phone enquiries and diverting to proper personnel.
  • Data entry of invoices and staff reimbursements.
  • Collating data and statements.
  • The ideal candidate will have / be :

  • Proven experience in office administration.
  • Proficient in Computers; able to work swiftly and accurately through various self-directed tasks.
  • Accuracy and a very high attention to detail.
  • Professional written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of organisation and professionalism
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • Strong initiative.
  • Very good sense of humour.
