    He angitūtanga : About the

    As a Ranger you will be a part of our close-knit, Heritage and Visitors team doing some fabulous mahi to preserve our fantastic country.

    The team manage 56 huts, hundreds of kilometers of tracks and numerous assets within the Manawatu District and Ruahine Forest

    You will be based in the Heritage and Visitor team however as a generalist ranger, you have the advantage of contributing to multiple areas of work programmes where no two days are the same.

    One day you can be cutting and clearing tracks and the next you could be carrying out work in Animal pest control with our Biodiversity
