About the role Atu mo te mahi
As a Service and Support Advisor-Triage (SASA-T), you'll be the first point of contact to ensure all inbound calls are answered efficiently and effectively.
These calls could be Out of Hours medical services or the 0800 Healthline service.
This varied role involves responding to non-clinical questions, directing people towards local services, carrying out medical reception tasks and passing on the more severe calls to our clinical staff.
This service operates 24 / 7 and your shifts will be rostered.
You will need to be available to work one evening per week and two weekend shifts per fortnight. This role is fixed term.

We do this 24 hours a day, seven days a week across seven digital channels to virtually support kiwis to stay well and connect them seamlessly with care when they need it.
We manage inbound and outbound call centres in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch as well as remote teams across the country.
