What will I be doing? Execute project scope analysis, documentation, and approval to proceed with the initiative. High quality analysis and requirements definition, including advocacy and SME input into the process frameworks and applications of the organisation.
Ensuring project requirements are accurately represented in solutions developed and implemented into production environment.
Process design and change managemen.t Delivery of the end to end analysis and process design to ensure timely and accurate resolution of quality and initiatives impediments.
Embed key customer experience considerations and digital channel impacts into projects early in the project lifecycle. Contribute to developing quality standards for BA outputs and other improvement initiatives, including documentation, completeness, and traceability of requirements.
What will I bring? Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with some experience as a Senior, ideally operating within a telco or technology business.
Experience of enterprise analysis and process design. Familiarity with analysis toolsets such as Jira, Confluence, Bizagi, Promapp, Enterprise Architect, and Aris.
Strong skills in identifying, developing and implementing business change and process improvement initiatives. An understanding of Telecommunications frameworks and applications would be highly desirable.
