We are looking for two new Office Services Administrator / Project Support Coordinators to join our Business Services team in Hamilton.

This is a pivotal role, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks including interfacing with clients by providing the smile and cheerful voice at reception, assisting a project team with financial processes, editing and formatting a technical report, as well as the ability to manage time pressures to ensure the office supplies and facilities are maintained.

This is a full time role for a fixed term to the end of 2019, where your hard work and positive work ethic will be rewarded!

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience :

  • Flexibility to work within a small team environment and share other tasks (i.e. vehicle fleet management, kitchen duties, stationery supplies, travel bookings, etc.)
  • Exceptional phone manner and customer service experience
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to relate well with people at all levels (colleagues and clients)
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise
  • Proven project administration with excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy (rigorous quality control including proof reading, grammar and formatting)
  • Ability to contribute by providing an efficient service for the administration of project financial processes (invoicing, expenses, debt collection, reports)
  • Intermediate level of experience in Word (particularly in formatting lengthy documents), Excel and Adobe suite
  • Ideally, you will have a strong focus on quality and a proactive, resilient and 'can do' attitude. Working closely with our consultants you must display initiative, maturity and the ability to manage multiple tasks, often within conflicting deadlines, which may mean working extended hours when necessary to meet a client's deadline.
