Southern Institute of Technology Limited’s SIT2LRN Faculty has the above vacancy for a Programme Operations Manager. The main aim of this position is to provide strong programme management and staff supervision.
Provide leadership in identifying and implementing new programme opportunities and monitoring the delivery of quality education.
To oversee and provide the students with the support and guidance necessary to achieve their best capabilities.
The successful applicant will have a postgraduate tertiary qualification, with an adult education qualification being advantageous.
Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrable skills and experience in staff management, customer relationships, academic content management, development, and industry experience (preferably in primary industries / management).
Computing expertise, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, is required, as is the ability to show flexibility in meeting the challenges of this role.
As most of the work will involve liaising and building relationships with external customers, the successful applicant must demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills and be a smart thinker with the ability to use initiative and provide solutions.
