The newly created Customer Solutions(merchandise) team is seeking a Category Assistant tojoin our Hand Tools & Plumbing team at our Albany basedSupport Centre.

Providing administrative and promotional support tothe Category Manager, every day will be different, and the team is great!

Core responsibilities in the role include :

  • Providing administrative support to the Category Manager in range management;
  • Updating product stock files;
  • Involvement with planning and implementation of the category’s promotional programme;
  • Communicating with our customers, stores and suppliers.
  • To be effective in the role it is expected that youwill have solid administration experience and / or a relevant Marketingqualification, excellent written and verbal English communication skills,intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and excellent organisational skills,along with the ability to not get flustered under pressure, think laterally andto be able to take responsibility for key tasks.
