What you will do :
This role will lead the design and delivery of ASB's financial advice competency and assessment framework, by March 2023, ensuring ASB's financial advisers meet the standards of competency, knowledge and skill as set out in the code of professional conduct.
Bringing a future focused approach to learning and development to support ASB to meet its regulatory obligations and to lift the banks capability to remain future fit.
Designing, developing and supporting the delivery of a tailored and tangible curriculum for Nominated Representatives, Financial Advisers, and other staff involved in financial advice.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business including senior leaders and divisional L&D teams as well as external providers and vendors.
