The Remediation Analyst is part of the CP&S Remediation centre of excellence that focusses on making things right for when multiple customers are impacted by issues such as errors in pricing, disclosure, or compliance.
Guided by the Senior Remediation Manager you will work in a squad alongside a Remediation Lead to deliver a portfolio of cases.
You will own the analytical deliverables for your cases including identifying impacted customers and determining degree of impact for each customer. You will also :
