Our client is a highly successful building industry consultancy with a small team of experts who need support from a proactive efficient and organised administrator The Role Your main responsibilities would include Front line reception and customer service including answering phone calls and making appointments Administration support to the team including transcribing audio files report preparation photocopying etc Support the smooth running of the office by maintaining office supplies and equipment Filing and data entry Travel arrangements Ensuring the office environment is maintained to a professional standard The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role you will need At least 2 years experience in an administration role Outstanding English language skills with the ability to type complex documents containing technical language Outstanding organisational skills Enthusiasm and a can do attitude A warm friendly and professional manner A typing speed of at least 50 wpm with very high accuracy Competency with Microsoft Office software Previous experience in the building industry would be an advantage but is not required What the Role Offers This company offers a great team environment and is committed to looking after it s people The role offers the opportunity to work autonomously and a wide variety of responsibilities with the opportunity for the right person to take on more Attractive remuneration package with carpark To be considered for this position please apply below or call Carole Bates on 021 408 419 for more information
