We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • As the first marketing hire focused exclusively on digital performance and marketing systems, this role exists to maximize the global market opportunity for Parrot Analytics by taking charge of existing business-as-usual digital initiatives such as sending regular email campaigns, as well as implementing and optimizing new marketing technologies, marketing processes, lead campaigns and workflows.
  • Working within a dynamic and high-performance marketing team, your work will supercharge our digital marketing practices to increase the results generated from our digital properties and marketing channels.
  • Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, your task is to drive incremental returns from our marketing tech stack through a relentless focus on results, powered by relevant metrics.
  • Your work will impact the entire prospect and customer journey : From channel selection and optimization, inbound content scaling, social posts, outbound SEO partnerships and Hubspot email marketing campaigns through to data governance, sales ops assistance, lead nurture campaigns, marketing tech integration work, sales enablement, hypothesis testing and conversion rate optimization!

  • You are a scientist at heart and you love spreadsheets and charts.
  • You are ready to test your assumptions and hypothesis to get the most out of every channel, campaign, email send, landing page and creative.
  • You are proactive and you have a tendency to act autonomously and the ability to "get stuff done" even during times of high pressure.
  • You have a desire to help others flourish and be their best.
  • You have the extraordinary ambition to improve every day and be the very best in what you do in the world.
  • You are technology product trainer, you are ready to operate marketing tech as an administrator, you know how to integrate marketing tech with each other, you know how to monitor data quality within each martech product and you are happy to roll up your sleeves to research and recommend new marketing technology products.
  • This role is not for brand marketers. We are looking for a marketing technologist; a tech-savvy marketer who uses marketing technology to drive demand.
  • Or you might be more of an orchestrator - a marketing technology and operations leader. That works as well.
  • Or perhaps you have more of an analytics architect bent - at your core, you are a marketing data and analytics specialist.
  • Finally, you might be a marketing developer who builds sites and apps that get business results. We like that as well.
  • Wherever you are on the marketing technologist spectrum, you have somewhere between a process and a technology orientation and you are ready to impact both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are on a constant hunt to deepen your knowledge and you enjoy discovering new ways to optimize performance. This is an individual contributor role, but you really value teamwork.
  • The startup world is not foreign to you and you understand and appreciate that the requirements can be ever-changing and ambiguity can be the norm.
  • You are a self-starter, can find answers yourself, and you don't always need someone to show you what to do next.
