We are looking to add a talented Recruitment Resourcer to our team, to support office performance through taking responsibility for business transactions and to deliver an exceptional level of service to candidates and clients.
With a wide portfolio of jobs that need great candidates, you will be using tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, online job boards, network event, and the telephone to contact potential job seekers and assessing their suitability to meet our clients needs.
About the role :
Fostering and developing close working relationships with clients to identify their current and future business needs
Seeking to fully understand the requirements of clients' roles to maximise success ratios when putting candidates forward for the position
Demonstrating the necessary understanding of the recruitment processes and time scales to successfully manage client expectations
Understanding the processes, procedures and requirements of the clients' internal recruitment systems
Obtaining referrals and leads from candidates
Delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of the client and candidate
Creating business opportunities through proactive marketing of candidates
Attending client meetings to service existing business and seek new business
Searching / sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals
Conducting marketing activity to attract new candidates
Developing strong relationships with candidates through effective networking
Registering and interviewing new candidates to evaluate their skills, experience and career goals
Completing relevant background checks and referencing
Matching candidates to temporary / interim opportunities and filling existing temporary assignments
Fully preparing candidates prior to submitting them to temporary bookings
Working with urgency and ensuring that candidates are supplied in a timely manner
Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to meet legislative and internal quality and compliance requirements
A passion to connect with people, hardworking attitude and the desire to learn and develop
A very high level of organisational and administrative skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively handle pressure and consistently meet deadlines
Self-motivated and able to keep up a positive attitude and keep going during challenging times
Creatively solves problems and finds new solutions
A relentless focus on achieving goals, effective planning, organisation and prioritisation
Gathers data and processes information to make decisions. Can quickly interpret information
You’re experienced in search recruitment you know how to approach a passive candidate and present them with great career opportunities
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Databases
Tech savvy is an advantage
Knowledge of social media and the web is an advantage
Previous experience in sales and marketing
Previous knowledge with Immigration matters is an advantage
