Job Description

Regional Commissioner Advisor - Taranaki - Fixed Term or Secondment to June 2021

Full time, fixed term or secondment until 30 June 2021

As Advisor to the Regional Commissioner you will provide support and advice across a broad range of areas. Some key areas are interagency and cross-sector initiatives, risk management, emergency management, regional planning and ad-hoc project management.

You will represent Auckland Region at relevant community forums as required.

To be successful you will have :

  • high levels of initiative and problem solving ability
  • strong drive, with a flexible approach
  • the ability to work at pace and make good evidence-based decisions.
