Mobile Van Sales Representative

We're on the lookout for a motivated Mobile Van Sales Representative to service our Glenfield clients. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of sales and service delivery for this innovative new Mobile Branch on wheels including branch P&L, full accountability for inventory and replenishment, plus all sales generated, whether on account or cash purchases via the mobile EFTPOS terminal.

  • Maximising sales opportunities whilst developing strong relationships with our Customers
  • Assist with customer issues or queries and delivery instructions
  • Develop an understanding of Customer project timetables and schedules so you are aware of their build and what they may require next
  • Coordinate accurate stock cycle checks, stock replenishment and merchandising
  • With a strong retail focus, this role is expected to take ownership of all van displays and merchandising - what a great opportunity to get creative and show some flair!
  • Mobile customer service delivery and trade sales with full accountability for van inventory and sales budget

    The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set :

  • As the service champion of the Mobile Branch Van, this role requires a driven individual who is a fast mover with initiative - someone who puts customer needs first
  • Success in this role relies heavily on computer literacy and administration skill, with specific focus on attention to detail and your ability to effectively manage competing priorities, while also being mindful of the security of the van, inventory and all sales transactions.
  • Prior experience working within our industry or a passion for the industry with a willingness to learn. Ability to read building plans would be advantageous!
  • If you have proven people and communication skills, and are a talented relationship builder, who is keen to start on the journey to becoming an Account Manager and beyond then apply today.
