In this role, your expertise in digital and payroll assurance will be central to our success, supporting the Government Chief Digital Officer and the Strategy for a Digital Public Service.

About the role :
The successful applicant will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with and through agencies to develop their digital maturity in assurance over digital investments, including assurance for payroll implementations.
Their insight will help stakeholders to make informed decisions on complex and emerging issues while maintaining a clear focus on their desired strategic outcomes.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support system-wide digital and ICT implementation and operational assurance and risk management.
You’ll be developing guidance, lifting general assurance capability across the system, and pursuing engagement opportunities with key stakeholders.
A critical part of this role is to provide oversight of assurance for payroll implementations. Your work will help lift the overall assurance maturity of agencies to enable them to understand their obligation and help provide overall confidence to key stakeholders on critical digital transformation projects.
As an Assurance Consultant, you will be able to help others positively adapt to changes and demands in a dynamic digital environment.
