We are growing a better New Zealand, together. Want to join us? Joining the Farmbase team as an Agribusiness Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management and growth of your own portfolio of clients, within the food and agribusiness sector.
You will naturally be relationship driven, focussing on how you can give more value-add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.
We’re looking for a candidate who can easily leverage from their existing networks, referrals, and find creative ways to generate new business.
To thrive in this role you'll demonstrate : Solid experience in a similar role ie rural banking account management roleA sound knowledge of the rural industry and specialised financial productsStrong interpersonal, relationship and communication skillsHigh level of personal integrity and a strong customer focusThe ability to collaborate and work well as part of a teamA tertiary qualification in finance, economics, accounting or agriculture would be advantageousDay to day, you will be involved with deal teams, identifying capital structure and ensuring the credit application process is completed to a high standard, while showing excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
You will demonstrate the ability to balance Structure and Pricing for risk / reward and have the proven ability to collaborate and take transaction / request ownership within core deal team.
