We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
As a senior leader you will champion HR systems, policies and procedures ensuring the effective development and implementation of operational human resources including overseeing the recruitment, engagement and learning and developmental programmes while fostering a collaborative and enabling culture.
In addition, you will provide effective leadership to a team of seven including a H&S Manager.
This role requires an experienced leader with substantial human resource and commercial experience at an operational and strategic level.
You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, build relationships effectively and be able to influence in a consultative manner.
You will have extensive experience collecting and analysing data, and utilising technology to empower the HR function. You will be professional and a goal orientated problem solver, acting as a trusted advisor, fostering an inclusive service driven and safety led culture.
A relevant qualification and experience in a similar role are essential.
