This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Receptionist / Office Administrator in our busy and friendly central suburbs law office of 20+ staff.
While performing that role you will also have the opportunity to learn secretarial skills for future progression in the company.
In this role you will be :
The friendly and helpful face of the company at reception;
The first point of contact for all clients;
Organising meeting rooms, morning teas, replenishing stationery and kitchen supplies;
Help with administrative tasks including archiving of deeds, photocopying, scanning and data entry;
Typing up legal documents and learning other secretarial skills.
This role is right for you if you :
Are well-presented and polite with a can-do attitude;
Are a self-starter who shows initiative and reliability;
Have a happy disposition with a positive outlook;
Are willing to learn, with attention to detail and take pride in your work;
Have good computer skills;
Are a touch typist with good accuracy;
A holder of a NZ driver?s licence;
Have completed a minimum of NCEA Level 2 in English and Maths;
Are a New Zealand resident.
This is a full time position and the hours are 8.30 am to 5 pm with one hour for lunch.
